COMPANIES OF THE PITTINI GROUP AUTHORISATION TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA, pursuant to LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 Informative art. 13 of Legislative Decree n° 196 dated 30 June 2003 (Official Bulletin n° 174 of 29 July 2003- Ordinary supplement n° 123/L) We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree n° 196 of 30 June 2003 provides the protection of individuals and data subjects in relation to personal data processing. According to the law indicated above, such processing shall be based on the principles of correctness, legitimacy and transparency and protection of your privacy and rights. Pursuant to article 13 of the aforementioned legislative decree, we hereby inform you as follows: 1. the writer shall perform the activity of processing data relating to data subjects who fill-in the associated job application forms. 2. The data shall be processed according to the following procedures: the data is obtained and processed in paper and/or magnetic, electronic or telematic form for the sole purpose of assessing the possible interest in a future contractual relationship to be defined in terms of content. 3. It is not compulsory to consent to processing of your personal data, however, refusal to do so means that the writer shall not be able to record the data in the appropriate files and, consequently, shall not be able to establish any relations whatsoever. 4. The data shall only be communicated to other companies or bodies of the Pittini Group (Siat S.p.A., Pittini Impianti S.r.l., Officina Pittini per la Formazione, FinFer S.p.A.) for the aforementioned purposes and shall not be disseminated in any way. 5. The data controller shall be Ferriere Nord S.p.A. -Z.I., Rivoli di Osoppo (UD). 6. You shall be free to exercise your rights at any time in relation to the data controller, according to article 7 of Legislative Decree n° 196 of 30 June 2003. Moreover, we wish to remind you that for employment purposes, you may be requested to provide a copy of your medical and risk card, pursuant to law 81/08, from your previous employer. All the data contained therein shall be kept under the exclusive and direct responsibility of the associated doctor.
Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n° 196/2003 The right to access personal data and other rights 1. The data subject shall have the right to receive confirmation of the existence or absence of his/her personal data, even if it has not yet been entered, and communication thereof in an intelligible form. 2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2. e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative in the State's territory, data processor, or person in charge of the processing 3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. 4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
CONSENT PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 I hereby declare to have read the informative document of article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 together with a copy of article 7 of the same decree and authorise the processing of my personal data, including sensitive data within the limits and for the purposes outlined in the informative document. Moreover, I hereby authorise the Company to perform the aforementioned processing for the time that is considered useful and however, not after my request to cancel such data from the data base.
